[TSVN] Feature Request: break lock from repo browser

The ability to break locks from the repo browser would "nice to have."
 This could be added as a context menu item to files that show as
locked.

The only mention I could find of it:

but nothing more seems to have been said.

I am creating a solution using autoversioning/WebDAV & Subversion.
Context of the request is that if a user leaves a file locked
unnecessarily and isn't available to unlock, an administrator
currently would have to check out the dir of the file break the lock.
