[TSVN] Bug tracking enhancement 2

Hi,

Thanks again for TSVN.

Would be nice if you could add a "bugtraq:listurl" property. When
this is set a "List issues" button would appear in the commit
dialog by text control associated with "bugtraq:message". Pressing
the button would open the URL in a browser - allowing a user to
access the list of open issues (or whatever) when filling in
the issue numbers.

I guess a "bugtraq:listmessage" property might also be useful to
define the text on the button.
