[TSVN] Feature request - more verbosity in saving log messages from show log dialog

Feature request - more verbosity in saving log messages from show log dialog

Goal - be able to copy from log dialog with details about file modifications.

The ctl+c copy of a revision in the show log dialog doesn't include
how files were modified (added/modified/deleted) as `svn log -v` does.

The ability to directly copy the text from the bottom pane AND/OR
including the A/D/M status (or 'Added','Del...) in the ctl+c copy from
the top pane would help in readability.

I encountered this when needing to send a changelist to a colleague.

I think this was the first time I needed the cli interface when
accessing as a user.

I haven't looked for this issue so it may be resolved:
If a file is 'added' the commit dialog shouldn't show 'Compare with
Base' or 'Show differences as a Unified diff' as a context menu
actions.
The former opens TMerge with a blank (not found) file to the left and
the latter produces an error message ('File not found: revision ###,
path '/path/to/file').

These same problems are manifest in the 'Show Differences' dialog as well.

Thanks

TSVN is one of the things that has me still clinging to my windows
environment =)
