[TSVN] Compare revisions bug

Hi folks,

Well it was really good :-/ Seems to have acquired a bug in 3402. The
list of changed files has a prefix of '/' before every filename,
resulting in an error message like:

"Can't check path '\C:\Temp\uCOS-temp\test1.c': The filename, directory
name, or volume label syntax is incorrect."

when I double click on a file in the list.
