[TSVN] New compare revisions function

Hi folks,

The new 'compare revisions' function added to the revision graph and log
dialogs is so good I was wondering if it could be added to the repo
browser context menu as well.

Also (maybe) to the merge dialog which currently has a unified diff
button.
