[TSVN] Not possible to Compare with WC after renaming a file

After renaming a file, it's not possible to Compare this revision with the WC. The
same applies to "Revert changes from this revision", etc. Show differences as
unified diff works.

Reproduction steps:

- Rename a file (in my example /trunk/ext.txt to /trunk/ext_renamed.txt)
- Run Show Log on this file
- Select an old revision (eg. 76) and choose Compare with WC

--> The following error message is displayed:
    REPORT request failed on '/svn/LockRepo/!svn/bc/76/trunk/ext_renamed.txt'
    '/svn/LockRepo/!svn/bc/76/trunk/ext_renamed.txt' path not found

Running Show Log on the folder containing this file, Compare with WC opens the
TortoiseMerge utility but showing another (wrong) file in the File Patches list.
