[TSVN] Bug in Compare with WC

Just re-posting this in a separate message so that it was not "lost" in
the thread about Show Log.

Used customer build from r3398

Reproduction steps:

Checkout http://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/trunk/src at HEAD (r3399
at time)
Run Show Log on the root of WC.
Select r3387 and choose Compare with WC

I get an error in TortoiseMerge. Looking at the temp diff file produced,
it is because it contains binary content for the changed .ico files. If I

use svn diff from a command line to compare my WC with the same revision,
it omits the binary content from the output.
