[TSVN] Double-click revision in Show Log

I am curious to hear how others feel about this, but I get burned by it
regularly. I frequently click through revisions in the Show Log dialog.
Occasionally, I accidentally click too fast and create a double-click.
This runs the Show Differences as Unified Diff option. I kind of wish
that double-click just wouldn't do anything in this view. I cannot see
the value in having that option run so easily.
