That seems really awkward and would be a real pain if I had a large number
of folders that needed deleting but I guess I can see why.
It feels like there should be a way of working around it, but the only
thing I can think of to keep a single commit would be to copy all the
altered files out, revert them, commit and then copy them back, which is
just as laborious. Ah well.
