[TSVN] Folder Overlay do not recurse deeply

Steve,
I have noticed that you have done some work on TSVNCache. It seems
that the recurse function does not recurse very deep, since I still
get the "normal" icon overlay for folders that contain modofoed files
several levels deep.

TortoiseSVN 1.2.0, Build 3373

Example:

root
  + modules
     + api
        + include
           + test.h

if I test.h is modified, I get the "modified" icon on
 - test.h
 - include

and the "normal" icon on
 - api
 - modules

However, while writing this, the folder status suddenly changes, and
the folder status is correctly shown. I don't know what triggered
this. If showed the wrong status all day, while I was working on the
project, and just now (while not working on that folder for 2 hours)
the status is correct.

There are still some strange things going on in the cache... ghosts?

Norbert
