It's not just a FAQ replacement or a simple webpage. I'm looking for a more
versatile solution. Our current FAQ is just a FAQ and nothing besides.
Drupal is a full blown CMS that offers the same functions as our current FAQ
plus some extras.

They can't because they don't offer php or databases or shell access.
