Why do we need a special program for the FAQ if we want to disable the
'ask question' feature? I mean, in that case it's a simple webpage
(which btw we already had once).

Maybe we should ask tigris.org to host our issuetracker? If they do
that, we could get rid of berlios and sourceforge and have everything
in one place.
