[TSVN] Show log from repo browser is modeless

Hi folks,

The Show log dialog is now modeless when launched from repo browser, so
you can show history for multiple trees. However, the repo browser
window is always behind the log window, so it is not so easy to select
another tree to get the log for. The multiple log windows all behave OK,
and you can select whichever you like to be in front.

Build 3365, Win2K.
