[TSVN] New file diff dialog

Hi folks,

Just tried out the new 'Compare revisions' feature in the log dialog.
Very nice :-)

In build 3365 there seems to be a bug in the revision fetching. I just
tried diffing r156 and r150 of one of my repositories, and for several
of the files, I get TMerge showing no differences at all. In these cases
the left pane shows revision -3 and the right pane shows revision 156.

Ah, I think I see what it is. The failures occur when a file is added,
so it didn't exist in r150. In the unified diff version it shows up as
r0, with no content.
