So is your error description. You haven't told us which version of
TSVN/SVN. You have mentioned an 'Exclamation icon' without saying which
one. If you don't know the difference between the TSVN overlays you
really should read the manual. You don't say which folder you
committed - the new one or the parent. That leaves us with a lot of
guessing to diagnose your problem.
