When I reported this, I got a 500 error (internal server error). So I
sent a mail to the berlios admins. Seems they fixed that the same day
(was really strange, about an hour later, the whole tortoisesvn website
was gone (404), then ten minutes later it worked again, including the
issuetracker).

Me too. Today I got a lot of timeouts when accessing the issuetracker.
Seems they're currently running on a backup server because their main
server went down and they have first to repair that one. But I really
wonder how long they need to get the main server back up - it's been
more than three weeks since that happened.
