[TSVN] Horizontal scroll in TMerge

Hi folks,

The Ctrl-wheelmouse scrolling in TMerge scrolls the 2 file panes, but
not the line diff pane, so it doesn't help with issue ... (come on, come
on ... we should rename Berlios to Berli-alive ...) issue 62 very much
at all (Issue 62 requested auto scroll of the line-diff where necessary,
so you can see the differences in long lines). I would re-open the issue
but I can't get any response at all now.
