[TSVN] Cache, deadlocks and crashs

Hi,

Those of you who test the nightly builds regularly might have noticed
that the cache sometimes can deadlock and even crash. The problem with
those bugs was that it was very hard for me to reproduce them and
therefore I couldn't fix them.
So, yesterday I wrote a little test program which does nothing more than
ask the cache for file and folder status over and over again.
Having two (or even more) instances of that tool running, I could get
the cache to deadlock twice and also to crash.

I think I finally fixed the deadlocks and the crashs this time. At
least, I couldn't get the cache to deadlock or crash anymore, even
though I had three instances of my test tool running for three hours now.

So: all who want to test the cache now please do so. If you still
experience any deadlocks or crash, let me know.

Stefan
