[TSVN] TortoiseProc fails to build with latest Subversion 1.2.x

There is a recent commit to the Subversion 1.2.x branch that causes TSVN
to fail to build. Here is the error:

\src\SVN\SVNInfo.cpp(143) : error C2039: 'xml_comment' : is not a member
of 'svn_lock_t'
        f:\TSVN\Subversion\subversion\include\svn_types.h(428) : see
declaration of 'svn_lock_t'

There is also this warning.

PropPageFrame.cpp
\src\Utils\TreePropSheet\PropPageFrame.cpp(151) : warning C4541:
'dynamic_cast' used on polymorphic type 'CGdiObject' with /GR-;
unpredictable behavior may result
