[TSVN] Settings dialog

Hi folks,

That new settings dialog looks much smarter than the tabbed one :-)

In the cascaded context menu section we now tick all items which do
_not_ appear in the top level menu, which is almost everything by
default. I am sure in previous versions it was the other way round, so
you check a few items which you want to promote. When did this change
and why?

The 'Clear auth cache' button is on the general page. Would it make more
sense on the network page?

In the external programs sections, I think the commandline parameters
edit box should be below the 'External' radio button to maximise the
available length, so you can see all the params easily.

The 'Builtin' radio button text could be extended to show which builtin
program it means, like 'TortoiseMerge'. For unified diffs, do we use
'Notepad.exe' explicitly as the builtin, or is it just the Windows file
association for text files?

Simon
