[TSVN] Statistics and Log Filter

When doing statistics on the "Show Log" dialog, it doesn't take the log
filter into account. If you filter based on date range, or by keyword,
the Statistics don't check this when creating statistics.

I don't know how difficult it'd be, but it'd make the statistics dialog
a lot more powerful and intuitive if it just operated on the log
messages you see and not all of them.
