+ General (was Main)
    Language
    Subversion config file
    Exclude/ignore paths
    Check for program updates
+ Look and Feel
    Context menus
    + Icon overlays
        Icon overlays / Status columns
    + Icon set
        Icon chooser
    + Dialogs
        Revision log (Group)
            Default number of log messages
            Short date/time format
            Use old APIs
            Font
        Progress (Group)
            Auto close options
        Commit (Group)
            Auto completion
+ Network
    Clear auth cache
    + Proxy settings
    + SSH settings

+ indicates a page/subpage, anything below that is the page content.

Does the auth cache apply only to SSH, or is it http as well?

You might also consider allocating a permanent hint area at the bottom
of the page to show the information that is currently shown in the
tooltips. Tooltips are good for short hints, but when there is a lot of
text you don't get time to read it before it disappears. And the length
of time tooltips remain visible for is governed by the double click time
in Windows ... Why, Bill, why?
