[TSVN] Question and problem

Dear Sir

I try to find the solution on documents, but it
can't.
The SVN system is used by myself, no other users.
My action is :
        1. check out a chinese folder 'XXX' to my local
        2. update the file in 'XXX'
        3. check in 'XXX' ==> success
        4. update the file in 'XXX' again
        5. it appears 'out of date' as attached file show

I have tried the english folder to do the same
action, no "out of
date "

Pls tell me what happens? I just check in/out, why
first is ok and second is
fail?

Thks....regards
