[TSVN] Translation of "Lock files"?

In the most recent trunk Tortoise.pot:

msgid "Lock Files"
msgstr ""

Is this a noun (as in "I have two lock files") or a verb and a noun (as
in "I have to lock files") ?

This ought to be a question that all translators should ask themselves.
