Either would do. In the branch/tag dialog you have a group box (but it
is grouping the history with the edit box). In the repo-browser delete
dialog you just have a text label above the edit box. As there is no
other control to group, I guess this is more appropriate.

If the commit dialog needs one, then it should probably be a group box
like the branch/tag dialog has. Of course that will waste some space
too.
