Hi Stefan,

Just ran 3275, and its seems fine. My 'Common' folder containing only
externals gets a modified icon after a few seconds, when an external is
modified, and browsing in to it nolonger causes multiple refreshes.

When I'm doing some 'real' work with it later, I'll see if I experience
any lockups, but for now, I wouldn't worry about them, it only happened
(or appeared to happen) when the multiple refreshes were going on and
I'm in a habbit of killing explorer.exe and TSVNCache.exe as soon as it
starts to respond slowly, so may well have just been some slow response
due to the multiple refreshes.
