Please try the next nightly build. I *think* I got rid of those
deadlocks now (revision 3263).
My guess is that you only get deadlocks if you have more than one
explorer window open? If that's the case, then with a build > 3263 you
shouldn't see any more deadlocks.

But if you do, please report them immediately!
