Thanks for reacting that fast. I gave you all the wrong information. I
feel stupid and am sorry about it.

I was getting time-out errors on download.berlios.de. Out of frustration
I might have clicked the wrong things, so in the end I downloaded this
installer: TortoiseSVN-1.1.6-UNICODE_svn-1.1.4.msi.
but I was under the impression that I downloaded 1.1.7.

I'll wait for the time-out errors to pass and try to download this:
http://download.berlios.de/tortoisesvn/TortoiseSVN-1.1.7-UNICODE_svn-1.1.4.msi.
I hope this clears my problem.
