If your working copy has '_svn' folders instead of '.svn' ones, then you
checked out your working copy with the 'special' release of TSVN for
VS.NET web projects. So you either have to check out a fresh working
copy with the official release, or use the 1.1.6 special release for
VS.NET web projects.
