[TSVN] Installer: Everyone vs Just Me

Hi,

I'm wondering, why is the default "Just Me"?
The default directory is \Program Files\, so I think it'd make more
sense to make the default Everyone.

And this comes back to my last suggestion, please remember the
settings chosen in the installer last time.
