You may still have a "Personal Address Book" in the list. If it's there,
it's likely the last one on the list. 'Course, this is predicated on
Outlook 2000, and some pesky administrator somewhere not disabling it. :-)
I don't know what later versions look like.

Unfortunately, it still sent it in RTF. Which is better than HTML, but...
