I just tried your reproduction recipe. And you're right, TSVN is broken
somehow. It's not a bug in the TSVN source. But it seems the whole build
process wasn't clean - there's some leftovers.
I don't know how that could have happened. I'm currently rebuilding
everything from scratch and do some more testing. If it works after the
rebuild, I'll upload version 1.1.6-2.
