[TSVN] Moving files from one directory to another

Hello,

I am using TSVN 1.1.1 build 1857 (I know I am using a very old version but it just works for me).

Is there any option that I can one of my source files from one directory to another in the repository with all the change information kept? The only way I can do it write now is to delete the file from a directory and move a copy to the directory required and add it to the repository.

Is there any better way?
