That overlay is just a placeholder until we get a proper 'read-only'
overlay (which I think will look like a no-entry sign). At the moment
the 'locked' and 'read-only' overlays are identical which is confusing.

I have tried 3 different freeware icon editors in an effort to provide a
better temp icon. 2 of them don't handle XP icons, and the other crashes
when you try to save :-(
