[TSVN] Add not working recursively (r3197 nightly)

In the 1.2 r3197 nightly Add does not work recursively for me.

1. inside a subdirectory of your Wc create a new directory
2. inside this new directory create several new files
3. right-click the new directory, and choose TortoiseSVN -> Add
Only the directory is shown in the list, not the new files in it.
Click OK to Add it.
4. Look inside the directory and you'll see that the files were not added.
5. right-click the new directory *again* and choose Add.
Now the files inside it are listed and can be added.

Expected behaviour: Ability to recursively add the whole directory in
one operation. I think the initial Add operation should either have a
"recursive" checkbox that will implicitly add all contents, or all the
contents of the directory should be explicitly listed. (As was done in
the 1.1 series.)
