I just installed the tools (much easier than I expected) and it all
seems to be working fine, so I committed the pot file. Looks to me as if
you can run createpot.bat as many times as you like, and only the date
line will change, so if I forget, you can still do it yourself. But I
will try to remember ;-)

There are a lot of changes in this commit, but most of them are changing
s to S in Subversion and sorting out the <menuchoice> tags, which had
got a bit messed up. There is some rewording there, but most of it is
really small changes. Hope it's not making too much work for you.

Looking at the changes in TMerge, I can see why we had the comments
about Tmerge scrolling to the first change automatically - there are
some very long lines in this pot file.
