[TSVN] Doc: out-of-date translation

Hi,

*** I think this string is a bit out-of-date:

*** Also, there are some references to Windows 95 -- but TSVN 1.2.0
won't support that OS anymore, will it? And Windows NT?

Look into doc.pot. You'll find this:

#: source/en/tsvn_dug/dug_merge.xml:26(para)

msgid "........... Think of the underlying Diff process and it will
become clearer. TO make this easier, ........."

What I mean is that "TO" should be "To" (camel-cased).
