Hm, but they are in Windows next to each other as in TSVN? And the
proposed log message also says "Removed file/folder". At last you could
click cancel at this point!

But I think two separators to group it better would be nice:

Show Log... [is missing '...' ATM]
Revision Graph... [is missing '...' ATM]
Export...
Checkout...
Refresh
----------
Create Folder...
Add File...
Add Folder...
----------
Delete... [is missing '...' ATM]
Rename/Move...
Copy To...
----------
