No, it was actually really easy (so I probably could have done it last
week, but was just imagining the headaches I was going to get trying to
get everything working with an upgraded python!), uninstall libxml2 and
python, then install the new versions (then spend 20 minutes wondering
why svn isn't building because someone forgot to update the PATH
variable :) )
