[TSVN] Nightly docs

Hi Lubbe,

I think the docs built Ok last night, the _de lang pack is there anyway.
  Can you confirm this?

If so, build.txt needs updating is it still says download Python-2.2
which obviously isn't sufficient. I've installed python-2.4.1, not sure
if python-2.3 would surfice or not.
