I just installed 1.1.5.2996 for NT4/Win2k/XP, and svnserve.exe is not in the
bin directory, nor anywhere else on my machine. I believe the documentation
is telling me this is where this file should exist. A quick search didn't
find any other mention of this issue in FAQ or mailing list archive or
release notes. Here is my bin directory:
