[TSVN] Repository browser add file problem

Hi guys,

When i add files from the repository browser, they are not really added
in the repository. Immediately after the operation (right click on some
folder in the repo browser --> add file... --> select the file --> enter
log message --> ok) the repo browser shows the newly added file.
However, after a refresh, the file does not appear anymore.

If i checkout the parent directory, just to make sure that the file is
not there, i can confirm that the add never appened.

We are using:

TortoiseSVN 1.1.5 build 2990
Subversion 1.1.4

Windows 2000 workstations

We are using a http setup with Apache 2.0.54 http server on a
Windows2000 server.
