[TSVN] Doc suggest: more info on external tools

Hi,

As I'm translating into Spanish, I've managed to translate up to
Chapter 5.10 of TSVN (hey! more than a half!).

I've found at 5.9.3 a list of external toos for diffs and merges. I
would suggest adding this tool (Araxis Merge) -- there were some
messages in this list about it some time ago. I know the list is not
exhaustive, but the tool is really good.

files and folders. It does three-way comparision in merges and has
synchronization links to use if you've changed the order of functions.

BTW, I think it would be great if we include common configuration
strings for these tools. That would save us from relative common
questions "how do you configure X for diffing?" (well, at least if
they RTFM...)
