But I've done that without "TSVN Delete" a lot of times and it worked
perfectly. If I'm not wrong, It was marked as "missing" in the commit
window and if you checked it, you'll get it deleted in TSVN - like a
file.

This is a change in svn-client-dlls or TSVN, as I haven't changed the
server and I have noticed this too.
