[TSVN] TortoiseSVN merge dialog: To-URL field not updated when From-URL field changed?

Hi,

I noticed a minor, but possibly confusing, UI-glitch in the
TortoiseSVN Merge dialog (TortoiseSVN 1.1.5, build 2990).

When the Merge dialog comes up, the From-URL field is pre-filled with
the repository URL for the current working copy file/folder. (Good.)
The To-URL contains the same value, and is disabled since the "Use
From: URL " checkbox is selected. (Good.)
After changing the From-URL field by selecting another repository
location, the To-URL is not updated accordingly in all cases.
(Confusing.) The To-URL field is updated to match the From-URL value
if another repository location is selected via the "..." (browse
repository) button, but it is not updated if another repository
location is typed, or one is selected from the history via the
dropdown select.

Is this a glitch or behavior by design?
