[TSVN] Issue 59 - description of overlays

Hi folks,

I thought I would check what the settings dialog looks like before
updating the docs.

The tooltips in the settings dialog still say that recursive status can
slow down explorer. Is that true with the status cache, or is it only
the display that is not always up-to-date? What about folder status?

Some months ago, there was some discussion about whether we were going
to keep these options. Did we decide to keep all of them in 1.2?
