To obvious for me to think of, yes of course http browsing works without
any need for using svn as a registered protocol.

But this question may come up again, it may be that people prefer TSVN
browser to the subversion built in one ;)
Can't see any need for this right now, but making tsvn: and svn: work
the same way may avoid more questions similar to mine.
Or put it in the documentation (it may be there already, my internet
connection is intermittent for the moment so I couldn't check it).
