I think this part got lost in the noise - should have made it a separate
message.

The repo-browser doesn't show you any locking information. OK you can't
get a lock from here, but you could show lock status/owner and maybe
break locks. I think this could be done with another column after
'Date', and a 'Break lock' context menu entry for locked items.
