[TSVN] Locking messages

Hi folks,

When you acquire a lock you have the option to enter a message. Where
can you see that message in TSVN? Should it appear in a hint box when
you hover over the lock column in the 'Check for modifications' dialog?
Should it be visible from the repo-browser? At the moment, no locking
information at all is visible from repo-browser.
