A workaround - create several shortcuts invoking the repository
browser with the URLs of your repositories.

E.g. create a shortcut named "TSVN Subversion Repository" with the
following "target":

"C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoiseProc.exe"
/command:repobrowser
/path:http://svn.collab.net/repos/tortoisesvn/trunk
